Take one meal that your patient consumed and swap it out for a more nutrient-dense version of that
food. (I.e. turkey burger vs beef burger that is 70%/30% fat) Compare the nutrient density using the
equation we discussed in class (see previous page in this document). You only have to look at one
nutrient, i.e fat, salt, sugar, vitamin D etc. You can use Myfitnesspal.com to search for your food to
identify nutrient content or you can look at a food label for that item if you have one. Use 1 resource to
